Who are AWIC?
AWIC provides organisations with a technical advisory service, aimed at delivering a lower cost, more efficient and greener IT environment.
Why use AWIC?
Not only do we have extensive experience of IT management in the financial sector, but also we have the hands-on, technical background required to understand why issues occur, and where to focus on improving service for our clients, without sacrificing operational stability.
How do we do it?
Through a structured, five-part analysis of the client’s IT service, AWIC aims to build a cost-effective, stable IT infrastructure from the bottom up. Our five product areas are inter-linked and ensure that all aspects of managing enterprise IT environments are considered.
What's the history of AWIC?
Before launching AWIC, the partners were IT managers for Tier-1 investment banks, managing critical trading environments. We have coordinated cross-regional teams to deliver global projects, near-shoring programmes and improved operational stability.
Where did the idea for the AWIC Pyramid™ come from?
Many consultancies focus on single elements of IT service delivery. We recognised the need to conduct end-to-end analysis, to make real operational and cost efficiencies. However, our flexible approach allows us to focus on a single part of your service as well.
AWIC strips the IT services organisation down to the basic parts: operational stability, right-sized infrastructure, appropriate controls, efficient processes and effective support teams, regardless of location.
